September saw the launch of Warmer Energy Services new private homeowner brand, Simply Warmer. On September 12th we made our television debut, with the first airing of our TV advertisement campaign on ITV. Sandwiched between programmes such as ‘I’m a Celebrity’, ‘X Factor’ and ‘Coronation Street’, the interest generated kept our Simply Warmer team extremely busy on the run up to Christmas.
The feedback we have received from customers concerning the advert has been exceptionally positive. The quirky characters of Alvin, Dexter and Gilbert have seemed to have captured the imagination of our viewing public out in the Granada region, with interest in the brand growing week on week. Our call centre staff have been inundated with calls, website enquires and e-mails from potential customers who are looking to ditch their own bad boiler.
Our Sales Manager, Gary Coyne, said, “We stand out from the crowd by treating customers like we would a family member, we install a top of the range Worcester boiler and make it affordable with our 2 years interest free and low APR over 5 years”.
The TV campaign has given us a platform for increased brand awareness, meaning that customers are not limited to the ‘Big Nationals’ or smaller ‘one man band’ companies that work locally, but can choose a company that gives a professional service at an affordable price. We pride ourselves on giving customers first class customer service, a professional install and a 10 year warranty which gives peace of mind in the years to come.
